We have been customers of a few electricians and Top Flight was by far the best. Keri specifically was courteous, thorough and cared about our project with a fair price. We will definitely be calling them again.

Very professional and was very personable. I had two other companies come out and I have to say it’s really nice to have someone come out that is so knowledgeable and friendly. He. Was the reason I went with them to get the work done.

We had an emergency electrical situation and Nathan at top flight was quick to respond within an hour. After looking at the issue he was able to get us back up and running and pointed out repairs as the breaker box inside and out were extremely out dated. Knowing a little about electrical I knew enough that what he noted and quoted was needed. The following Monday, The crew, Marcos, Adriel, and Elvis spent 2 days replacing, repairing, running new lines, and for the adding inline surge protectors. The whole team from the beginning to the end were extremely polite, and most importantly they knew what they were doing. They made sure we knew what we were getting and why. This is the second time we used Top Flight as they ran a new dryer line for us the first time, and that trip was the same politeness and professionalism. If you have a need for an electrical company this is the one. The below photos are a small amount of what they did. Cold snap Florida - AC disconnect fried so no heat. Marcos was here promptly and got it going. As usual always professional and polite.

Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed us various work plans to choose from, and made it very simple. I very much appreciated that he put on shoe covers each time he entered the house!

I couldn’t have picked two better guys, Nathan & Reggie, to do the electrical work here at my home. They were both very pleasant, very friendly, very professional and “tried” To explain to me each thing they were doing. I would highly recommend Top Flight Electric!!

Employees are very pleasant. Jonathan created a quote from his tablet on the spot, to add a dedicated circuit in my kitchen, and add an outdoor outlet. I added a timer for my indoor switch for my lights outside for $347 only to have them run to Lowes for a $26 switch, watched Marcos install in 20 minutes, when I questioned Jonathan about the high price I was told that's what I agreed to and fired off a bunch of hooey on what the other $320 covered. In addition, I'm not very happy there is no instructions to operate the timer and was told "look it up onlne" Well for the cheapest switch they bought at Lowes there is no instructions, the installer couldn't even find them online and I feel ripped off for that price. Then had to call them out the next day because they put a GFCI outlet on a new dedicated circuit for my Fridge and it kept tripping, only to be told that was a mistake and should have been on a regular outlet like it was before, even though I questioned the installer while he was putting it in.... so, I had to end up moving the Fridge out myself twice to get to the GFCI reset. They were good about showing back up the next day promptly and putting the outlets in properly. Next time I will shop my projects out to more than the first guy that shows up. Lesson Learned
