Super friendly and funny employees. Customer service wise they earn a 10/10. Reason for the two starts, the price was super expensive. $1,000 for a ring camera flood light to be installed. Personally I feel I was ripped off. Respectfully would not recommend this company, pricing is too high. Overall though putting the price aside, very fast and timely service.

Solved the problem, but it was expensive!

Christian and the other gentleman with him did an excellent job replacing a receptacle in our bathroom that was blinking intermittently. They were pleasant and professional.

Called to have a line located in yard tech came out and gave a bid ,over priced for service and I turned down the bid other than that tech was great ,showed up in time allotment ,had knowledge of project, etc

Your company was onsite on behalf of the management company where I live. The management company requested specific corrections to outside electrical items. While the item was corrected and working great it was off putting that the representative needed access to my home and then tried to up sale me items when the issue was outside between main panel and sub panel underground. The other vendor that quoted the job did not need access to my home and didn’t try to up sale me. Due to issue location management company paid for item as it was their property not mine.

Kevin, Marcos, and Nicholas were fantastic during the entire process. They also were quick and the work far exceeded my expectations.
