We had an emergency electrical situation and Nathan at top flight was quick to respond within an hour. After looking at the issue he was able to get us back up and running and pointed out repairs as the breaker box inside and out were extremely out dated. Knowing a little about electrical I knew enough that what he noted and quoted was needed. The following Monday, The crew, Marcos, Adriel, and Elvis spent 2 days replacing, repairing, running new lines, and for the adding inline surge protectors. The whole team from the beginning to the end were extremely polite, and most importantly they knew what they were doing. They made sure we knew what we were getting and why. This is the second time we used Top Flight as they ran a new dryer line for us the first time, and that trip was the same politeness and professionalism. Got quoted 5k plus to leave exposed wires and large holes in the wall . Work was not completed second arrival guy refused to use door bell and was banging on the door like he had a warrant to come in the house . Ethan was very polite though Charles as well . Frustrated with the three holes that now i have to spend to get fixed .reminders that i have a new born a 2 year old that now has access to exposed wires where. Had to by a gate until i get it fixed

I recieved a quote for 40 can lights installed a new panel and new switches and outlets throughout the house. The price was 40k!!!!!! I had another quote done by a second electrical company and their quote was $7980. Don't waste your valuable time with these people. TIME WASTERS!!!!!

The technician was at my residence to inspect the electrical and give a quote due to a lightning strike. He was there maybe 30-40 mins. When I arrived he gave me a quote for almost $19,000 telling me most of my electrical need to be replaced and that I needed a surger protection on the house. I submitted the quote to the insurance company and I was told to get a second opinion. The next company came in which does not give quotes or make repairs but only inspect came and looked at everything and said all I had was 1 blown light fixture and everything else was fine. Your company and your technician tried to take me for a ride. Even the air conditioning company said my electrical was good. That’s says a lot.
