Ethan LaBouf was very friendly and professional. Ethan did an awesome job! The company is however over priced, I had the same EV NEMA 14-50 Outlet installed in November at my old home in NY for less than half of what I paid. If I could afford to wait for another company, I would have due to price only. Not everyone is eligible for the federal reimbursement grant, I firmly believe that’s why their price was so high.

Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable, and a good advisor. Didn't mince words about cost, and I like that. Highly capable crew. Very happy with the service entrance upgrade to our older home.

I called because we had a broken exterior outlet. Andrew arrived within an hour of the call. He inspected the outlet, explained what was needed and replaced the outlet. Excellent customer service from Top Flight and Andrew.

I didn't go with your services because I think that your industry is WAY overpriced! $700 hundred dollars per light installation in the ceiling is just plain insane!! I did the work myself and it only took me 4 hours to install not just 2 lights, but 4!!! I am only leaving this review because you keep sending me texts asking me to.

Awesome experience with Top Flight Electric and Ethan, Orion and Nate today. Came to the house, searched and located the problem and set about fixing it right away. Very polite, gave me all the information I needed to make a choice in the options offered, and got everything fixed! I recommend them!!!!! Small bump- needed a return call and Orion and Charles came back. Found the small but important issue, fixed it and now all is truly well!! Again, very professional and kept me informed each step of the way. Btw, Orion is a soccer fan like me, so we had even more in common!!!! Great guys and great service!!!!

Roland was very not only knowledgeable, prompt, polite but also respectful and professional. He was a top notch electrician and would recommend to anyone. coat with any electrical problem in a manufactured home is going to a bit high because most arw are old and not up to date.
